It's going to be hard getting use to not having Anna across the street. I will miss our conversations. She was so easy to talk to. I could talk with her for hours. I admired her spirit and her zest for life.I always felt uplifted after seeing her. Her positive attitude and not sweating the small stuff would rub off on me. She always looked so nice with her hair done. She was such a cutie. She was quite a gal. I loved her dearly and told her so the last time I saw her a week or so ago. I'm missing her already.

Aunt Anna was one of the high.ights of visiting the valley whenever I returned from the Middle East. She would always say " Artie, you're crazy to go over there" and I would respond with I may be crazy but you're my favortie aunt. I would visit mom and Walt and then go over and talk to Aunt Anna.
Being overseas alot away from family and friends, you appreciate everyone because life is too short to worry about petty problems. Love all you come in contact with as I loved mom and Aunt Anna.
I went to church yesterday in Salalah and at first I thought it was a earthquake. I guess it was my knees knocking. It is my honor to have been related to the "Konicka" sisters and my memories of the good times will always calm me in times of stress as my visits did visiting the valley. I love you Aunt Anna.
From your crazy nephew Artie.
