Jean, your mom will live in my heart forever and may the sound of her laughter remind you of the joy you gave her as a loving daughter.

Jean,
So many memories so many good times. All the fun I had going to your house and camp. Your mom was just great, she enjoyed having us girls around and it showed. I learned how to water ski a little bit at your camp, your mom always made such wonderful food. She made sure your Catholic friends went to church. Remember the time I was in the lake and the cigaretts were floating in the water and your mom came down to the dock..."they are not mine" I said. The time everyone was at your mom's bedroom looking out the window I think it was a bear, and I woke up to go downstairs she says to me in here Elaine, I walk in all sleepy I didn't know why she wanted me in the bedroom and I say, Mrs. Maury I have to .... you know what and how she laughed. Strawberry shortcuts! remember. Having your mom as a brownie leader, and the great fun we all had at your house for sleep overs. You know when I think back on these memories, they are all good and your mom had a lot to do with that. You must have so many wonderful memories of your mom, she was a wonderful mother. Keep your memories in your heart and she will never be far away. My deepest sympathy for your loss Jean.

For all the tribulations life brought her, I can't remember a time that Connie couldn't find happiness. She will be missed.

Sorry to hear about your mother. I knew her both in Ilion and here in Zephyrhills. I use to see her at some of the Bingo games here.
