     ILION- Earl F. Goodman, 77 passed away Saturday, August 10, 2019 at The Grand, Ilion, where he has been a resident since January 2015.

     He was born September 24, 1941 the son of the late Wesley and Miriam (Bates) Goodman.  He was Educated in Ilion schools.

     At one time he was employed by Arby’s, Herkimer.

     He is survived by a sister Phyllis Prentice, Mohawk, three nephews Howard C. Moss and is wife Kathy, Ilion, Arthur H. Moss and wife Mai-Uyen, CA., John W. Moss and his wife Teresa, Cedarville, a cousin Millie, West Winfield and a special friend Dale Nicodemus, West Winfield.  He was predeceased by a niece Ellen Hoage.

     Funeral services will held at the convenience of the family. Interment with take place at Cedarville Cemetery, Cedarville.

     Arrangements are by the Whiter-Hendrix Funeral Home Inc., 100 Otsego Street, Ilion, NY, 13357
